Use before bed

I originally bought this because I was looking for a scent that would be able to ground me when my feelings were elevated. However, I’ve discovered that this formula is perfect after a long post-run Epsom salt soak. Pair this roller with rosemary Epsom salt soak and apply before bed. This equals lights out.
